CarbonDrops will not accept any liability, if its jewellery has been tampered or repaired by anybody other than CarbonDrops and all CarbonDrops policies ceases to be applicable on the Jewellery which is resized by anybody other than CarbonDrops. Hence we suggest our customers to get the ring re-sized only by CarbonDrops.
We do not offer designer services at home.

Yes, we at CarbonDrops have mastered the art of crafting jewellery masterpieces within the boundaries of customer budget, preferences, designer-wear etc. by reusing customer’s old jewellery and converting them into brand new master pieces.
No, we believe in keeping our capital and operational cost to the lowest and hence do not provide try at home service. This gives us an opportunity to forward the cost benefit to our customers.
At CarbonDrops we follow a standard policy to send the Customer’s old jewellery to a recognized independent 3rd part certification authority like GII, based on their valuation we provide a detailed estimate to our customers and only after their approval does the process of jewellery re-make start. The newly created jewellery will also get certified by an independent 3rd party certifying authority like the GII and both the old & new certificate will be provided to the customer for confirmation
Call our customer support team on 7710009616, if the order execution has already started then we cannot cancel the order. Orders can only be cancelled prior to start of execution
Take an Appointment speak with our designers or call us on 7710009616 (9am to 6pm) to fix-up an Appointment on your behalf. We are there to help you with your jewellery

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping address. Our products are ‘’Made to Order’’ and it takes us between 15 to 18 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you

All our goods have been covered for transit Insurance. You will receive the goods by our internal logistic team along with the Jewellery box, Jewellery certificate & CarbonDrops Invoice

The courier person will call you and check your availability prior to delivering at the mentioned address. In case no one is at home, then a similar 2nd attempt will be made, however there after the customer will be charged additional courier charges for 3 and more attempts
We do not have a Money back Return policy, however we have a 15 days exchange policy
If you are not happy with the product and wish to get it exchanged within 15 days post delivery, then we will pick it up from you without any shipping charges.
