Return & Exchange & Repair Policy

If for some reasons, you want to return or exchange your product bought from the company, such return or exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions:


15 Days Return Policy

  • Return the product, to the company within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product, under the 15 days exchange policy, 100% buy back given provided there is no damage to the product.
  • Silver Jewellery products cannot be exchanged.
  • Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 days return.
  • The product will be picked up by CarbonDrops on Complimentary basis. 
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate & Original/Copy of Invoice for all return within the 15 Day Exchange period.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate & Invoice, the company will send the Jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • The return amount will be 100% of actual amount paid, provided the provided is not damaged or altered with. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

Post 15 Days & Lifetime Exchange Policy

  • All 100% CarbonDrops made jewellery is eligible for Lifetime Exchange Policy
  • Return any product to the company after 15 days under the lifetime exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice.
  • Jewellery shall be exchanged at 100% gold price after deducting melting loss (1 or 2%) + 75% diamond price of the current product value.
  • Silver Jewellery products cannot be exchanged.
  • Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for life time exchange
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate & Invoice for all Exchange under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate the company will send the Jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product.
  • In case the exchanged value is lower than the value of old product, there will be no refund and the customer will be requested to adjust their balance amount on their next purchase valid until 1 year
  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • The company reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • Jewellery made from customer’s old Jewellery is not directly eligible for life time exchange, however company reserves the right to extend the Life Time Exchange policy to re-used jewellery on case to case bases

 Repairs & Resizing Policy

  • In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost (No making charges), provided CarbonDrops is informed within 15 days post delivery of product, except in certain cases where resizing is not possible
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 15-20 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer after 15 days post delivery of the product
  • For Repairs & Resizing within 15 days post delivery, the product will be picked up by CarbonDrops and will also provide Complimentary shipment back to the Customer (for 1 time repairs only, all consequent pickups and shipment back will be chargeable.)
